You don't want to read the coffee grounds during your internship, but really make a difference? Then actively shape the future of Austrian Airlines!

Start: October 2026 - 6 months fixed-term

Tasks

• You will help develop and implement group-wide cultural and change initiatives
• You will assist in creating management presentations, communication materials, and recommendations for action
• You will assist in the design, preparation, and execution of workshops, cultural events, and exchange formats
• You will work on the following key topics: decision-making; psychological safety; and resilience
• You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data and derive recommendations for action
• You will collaborate with various business units and international stakeholders within the Lufthansa Group
• You will analyze and visualize cultural key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure cultural developments and change initiatives

Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship
• You are interested in corporate culture, change management, organizational development, and leadership
• You have analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data
• You work in a structured and independent manner
• You excel in communication and teamwork
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are very proficient in using MS Office programs
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
