Wir offerieren die Mitarbeit in spannenden, innovativen und international viel beachteten Projekten und die Möglichkeit, vertieftes wissenschaftliches Arbeiten im Bereich der empirischen Bildungsforschung mit einem hohen Praxisbezug. Sie sind Teil eines kollegial arbeitenden internationalen Teams von Forscher*innen in unterschiedlichen Qualifikationsphasen.

Job Duties:

• Teaching in the following degree programs: Secondary School Teaching, Business Education, PhD in Education
• Research in the field of educational sciences, particularly in leadership, quality management, and innovation (e.g., school quality, school development, diversity management/inclusion/migration, teacher education, educational leaders, educational management)
• Project Coordination/Management
• Organizing events for the academic, political, administrative, and professional communities
• Assistance with public relations, including media relations

Your Qualifications:

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree (in teacher education or educational science, as well as social sciences (sociology, psychology, empirical educational research))
• In-depth practical knowledge of social research methods
• Experience in college teaching is a plus
• Experience in evaluating and further developing teacher education is a plus
• Good knowledge of German and English (B2 level)
• Stylistically sound and audience-appropriate presentation of research findings for various target groups (policymakers, educational institutions, and the scientific community)
• Familiarity with a reference management software (Zotero) is a plus
• You work independently, conscientiously, and with precision
• You take initiative and communicate proactively

• On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,776.10 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
