Internship Smart Compliance Monitoring with AI (all genders)

Want to help shape the digital future of compliance monitoring at Austrian Airlines? As part of the Integrated Protection Management team, you'll help develop AI-based solutions that ensure security, transparency, and regulatory compliance across the entire group.

Start: September 2026 - 6 month fixed-term

• You will analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven digitalization in the compliance area
• You will identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI technologies
• You will design and oversee the initial implementation of an AI-powered compliance monitoring framework for company-wide use and further development
• You will be responsible for independently preparing and executing projects
• You will support the team with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

• You must be enrolled in school for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
• You have excellent German and English language skills
• You are passionate about actively driving digital transformation in the compliance department of an international airline
• You think analytically, recognize complex interrelationships, and organize information in a targeted manner
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and innovation projects
• You have an affinity for digital tools and experience working with AI-based applications
• You communicate openly and are a team player
• You demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
