We are a dedicated team that designs and implements innovative digital solutions for the HR department. Together, we are shaping the future of HR processes through the use of new technologies, with the goal of improving the digital employee experience.

Start: September 2026 - 6 to 12 month fixed-term.

Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) with a passion for computer science and HR.

• You will assist with the development, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and tools

• You will help define the target state and vision for the deployment of HR tools and the use of HR data
• You will assist in creating reports and analyses to enable informed decisions based on HR data
• You will create and maintain documentation on existing HR processes to lay the groundwork for digitalization
• You will work closely with HR colleagues and other departments
• You will assist in the collection, cleansing, and structuring of HR data to ensure better data quality
• You will work on low-code development projects (e.g., using MS Power Platform and MS 365) to automate HR processes
• You will assist in evaluating current HR systems and identifying
  opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in fields such as business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitalization, or a comparable degree program

• You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current
  certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
• You are a quick learner and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics
• You have some experience with low-code development (MS Power Platform)
• You have basic knowledge of or an interest in SAP HR solutions, which complement your profile
• You are a team player and enjoy working together to develop solutions
• You are proficient in MS Office applications and have advanced Excel skills
• You excel in communication, reliability, and taking initiative
• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
