Graduate Teaching Assistant (must hold a Diploma/Master's degree) for a 30-hour/week (part-time), four-year position

Job Duties:

• Conduct independent research in political science and pursue a doctoral project
• Teach in the institute's degree programs
• Contribute to the institute's administrative tasks, especially committee work and knowledge transfer

Your Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must hold a completed Diploma or Master's degree in political science or a related social science field
• A strong interest in theoretically informed empirical research in Comparative Politics or Public Policy Research, such as comparative welfare state research, comparative health policy, democracy research, or federalism research
• Solid methodological training in the social sciences
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (minimum CEFR level C1)
• Team spirit and an interest in international academic collaboration
