Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and mentor the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices.
- Act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions with financial insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts and ad‑hoc analyses for management and the Corporate Office.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage and optimize accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Own financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and drive continuous improvements.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify opportunities and implement measures to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office and Reservations.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, develop and manage teams.
- High affinity for systems and digital tools with experience in financial and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Structured, independent and results‑driven working style.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
