Job Overview

ENPULSION is looking for a CEO Associate (Chief of Staff) (f/m/x) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO to drive execution across the organization, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and successfully delivered. You will be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, managing key organizational dependencies, and fostering accountability at all levels. Working closely with leadership and teams across multiple international sites, you will bring structure to complex challenges, streamline communication, and support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Act as an Execution Partner to the CEO, and provide honest, structured input to improve decision quality and accountability.
• Translate discussions and decisions into clear action plans, owners, and timelines.
• Track critical priorities and ensure follow‑through across the organization.
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions and international locations.
• Act as a connector across functions, resolving friction and misalignment.
• Support high‑impact projects on behalf of the CEO and act as a proxy when needed.
• Build lightweight processes and systems that improve execution and communication.
• Create clear, structured presentations and decision materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.

Type of contract: Full‑time position with 38.5 hours/week

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 3,415.01 gross per month on a full‑time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Your profile

• Experience in consulting, high‑growth startups, scale‑ups, or similar fast‑paced environments, or tech companies (preferred).
• BSc or equivalent in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills; ability to make clear, impactful executive‑level materials.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong English skills required (written and spoken).
