Arnold Investments has been successfully active on the market since 2009 and specializes in the brokerage of investment properties throughout Europe. With branches in Vienna, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Amsterdam, and Stockholm, we accompany institutional investors as well as wealthy private clients in real estate investments in strategically relevant markets.

To further strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for an engaged personality as an Investment Broker (f/m/d).

In this role, you will act as an interface between institutional investors and wealthy private clients and accompany them in their activities on the Austrian real estate market.

Your tasks include, in particular:

• Support and advice for customers along the entire transaction process (purchase/sale)
• Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships
• Acquisition and brokerage of investment properties
• Valuation of investment properties and creation of professional real estate offers
• Coordination with internal and external partners (owners, investors, advisors, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed legal, economic, or technical training
• Experience in the real estate sector and/or in sales is an advantage
• German at C1 level, English at least B2
• Additional foreign languages are a plus
