What are you going to do:

Your responsibilities:

• Servicing and supporting customers
• Handling and resolving customer enquiries
• Providing information to the clients
• Communicating and coordinating with the product and marketing teams
• Keeping records of customer interactions
• Handle demo requests
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Continuously improve through feedback

Your Profile:

• Experience in a service oriented-/telemarketing-position as a plus
• Enjoyment in interaction with people, especially over phone but also in writing
• German native speaker, perfect English skills (written and spoken)
• Solid PC Skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Self-dependent in taking actions, good communication and analytical skills
• Flexible and sensitive approach to different customer needs
