Job Duties:
- Research activities in the field of high-frequency technology and related research areas
- Completion of a dissertation
- Participation in the institute's administrative tasks, as well as organizational and administrative activities related to the management of one's own teaching
- Independent teaching, particularly in the Mechatronics, Electronics, and Information Technology degree programs, as well as co-supervision of Bachelor's and Master's theses
Your Qualifications:
- Completed university degree (Diploma/Master's) in Mechatronics, Electronics and Information Technology, Electrical Engineering (specializing in Radio-Frequency Engineering), or a comparable technical field
- Willingness and ability to pursue a doctorate
- High level of motivation for academic work, as well as strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Enjoyment of experimental research
- Willingness to independently familiarize oneself with new subject areas and work on interdisciplinary issues in the fields of high-frequency technology, digital signal processing, or machine learning
- Excellent written and spoken German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2) skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as an enthusiasm for collaborating with industry and research partners

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,776.10 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
