The Finance Data Quality Manager (m/f) ensures the integrity, consistency, accuracy and completeness of our global financial data across our system and reporting landscape. In close cooperation with the Group Controlling, Group Accounting, Process Development and the Business Applications teams, you make sure internal compliance and governance standards are adhered to at all times. You are accountable for Master Data, Reporting as well as Access related change management. Together with your team, you manage and supervise stable and efficient reporting processes throughout the year. Global training and support for reporting key users worldwide complement your rich and challenging agenda. Creation of business value through exceptional data quality is the key priority.

• LEADERSHIP

  Manage and develop a team of highly motivated and successful finance professionals

  Constant evolution of functional and departmental maturity

   

• DATA & REPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE

  Governance and management of finance related master data, reporting & access quality

  Supervision and advancement of data & reporting quality standards

  Finance reporting related global change control management

   

• PROCESS MANAGEMENT, TRAINING & SUPPORT

  Operation and continuous improvement of both efficient & effective record to report processes

  Advocate change process capability within the Red Bull Finance system landscape

  Management and execution of international data and reporting training offerings as well as global business support

1. Proven team leadership experience, managing and developing employees

2. Solid controlling/accounting background and excellent understanding of financial processes

3. Functional knowledge of data warehousing solutions and ERP/EPM systems (either SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ERP or Oracle Hyperion)

4. Capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across all levels of the finance hierarchy

5. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills

6. Ability to identify and remove solution delivery risks, as well as to define alternatives and prioritizations

7. Courage and enthusiasm in bringing about changes in the company

8. Strong communication and presentation skills, team player

9. Self-motivated, self-directed & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
