International Media Specialist - Brand Marketing in Fuschl am See


In order to strengthen our Global Brand Marketing Team we are looking for a motivated International Media Specialist (m/f). In this role, you will be responsible for working with selected markets in developing and implementing the right media strategy for Advertising with focus on effectiveness, efficiency and driving innovation.

  • Consumer and Audience Insights

    Guide local Brand/Media Managers to turn media data (International and local markets) into actionable and relevant activation, and ensure advertising campaigns and media plans in respective markets leverage data-driven targeting.

    Constantly identify, analyze and align the latest media trends, especially in digital due to ever evolving technologies, seek out new opportunities and apply them to the Red Bull advertising strategy.


  • Business Planning and Advertising Budget

    Guide Country Brand/Media Managers to develop and implement the ideal country-specific advertising plan reflecting international strategy and local learnings.

    Align the agreed Business Plan and Advertising budget for the Country Media plans.


  • Media Agency Management

    Guide local media agency management towards optimum advertising plans in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

    Select local Media Agencies, negotiate contracts and ensure quality management process.


  • Digital Media Innovation and Data Activation

    Drive best practices to deliver more targeted, more relevant, “data-driven” digital advertising, messaging for Red Bull, via use of retargeting, real-time optimization, and leveraging audience-centric targeting through Red Bull’s data management platform.

    Ensure that all advertising campaigns are taken to the next level through further leveraging digital and engagement opportunities (owned, earned and paid media channels).

Your experience includes:
  1. 3-4 years work experience either as brand/media/advertising executive / coordinator or at a media agency

  2. Comprehensive knowledge, skills and experience in digital advertising

  3. Expertise in media strategy, advertising planning and buying, ad tech industry and FMCG brand marketing

  4. Understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context

  5. Media Budget Management experience

  6. An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’

  7. Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
