Red Bull Media House is a global media company that produces, distributes and publishes authentic content and inspirational entertainment programming in the sports and lifestyle genres. From film to television, print to digital media, music and games, the company's products can be experienced on the latest devices and platforms, fascinating audiences worldwide. In this role, you’ll be an integral member of the Audience Intelligence team and benchmark best practice examples for a holistic media impact inside and outside the “World of Red Bull”. You’ll share best practices within our team, but also with teams in different countries and others inside and outside of Red Bull.
You’ll contribute to global media monitoring and media measurement efforts and benchmark best practices as well as highlight issues. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities for machine learning & AI optimization within media monitoring. You’ll assist in crisis monitoring and give reporting support as required (annual recap, ad-hoc project reporting, etc.).
Do you want to highlight how data analysis can help key stakeholders improve their doing? In this role, you’ll become an ambassador for earned data and demonstrate how insights from earned data can be utilized at all stages of an initiative to make impactful decisions. You’ll work with Red Bull local offices to advise them on how to optimize their media monitoring setup. Additionally, you’ll partner with the rest of the team to provide ESO insights across the Red Bull Media Network.
You’ll identify optimal tools to provide the required data and define applicable metrics as per industry standards. Furthermore, you’ll collaborate with internal data analytics departments to perform those tasks. You are always ahead of the latest trends? Keeping up with the latest media monitoring trends as well as knowing new and alternative approaches is another important aspect of this role.
At least 3 years’ work experience in media monitoring or sponsorship measurement (agency or in-house)
Proven experience in handling data & reporting
Experience with tools such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, CrimsonHexagon, Teletrax, Factiva, LexisNexis, Brandwatch, Sysomos or similar
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into insights
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors
