Your Tasks

• Handling and processing of inquiries
• Creation of offers, quotation tracking, monitoring of markets & customers
• Communication with customers & agents in the respective sales area
• Price negotiations both in sales and purchasing within the framework of internal rules
• Order processing including logistical aspects
• Claim handling
• Documentation in the CRM system
• Communication with the group’s production companies
• Organization of and participation in customer seminars
• Visits to the mills and participation in technical seminars & trainings

Your Profile

• Technical or economic education
• 2-3 years’ experience as sales representative
• Fluent in German
• Upper intermediate English skills (B2 level)
• Additional foreign language is beneficial
• IT skills (Microsoft Office; SAP and CRM knowledge beneficial)
• High customer and business orientation
• Open-mindedness towards foreign cultures
• Sales skills & teamplayer
• Result-oriented & self-organized
• Open for/interested in technical aspects
• Willingness to do international business trips

What we offer

Consideration: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 2.487,61. The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
