Marketing Data Analytics Manager - Specialized in Marketing Mix Modelling in Fuschl am See


In order to strengthen our Global Brand Marketing Team we are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analytics Manager (m/f). In this role, you are in charge of setting up modelling capabilities that cover all marketing data from all parts of the Red Bull Mix. The position plays a key part in integrating data and turning insights into actions, starting with spearheading the future statistical modelling agenda, developing statistical modelling capabilities in-house and identifying areas of opportunity.

  • Lead innovative data modeling initiatives

    Develop Red Bull’s capabilities to understand, extract, clean and integrate data from a range of systems

    Support all stakeholder model building needs

    Work with market research agencies, the internal Corporate Data Team and Finance to build predictive modeling data infrastructure

    Present and prove model value through testing and statistical validation

    Introduce compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards that allow right decision-making in a timely manner

    Take marketing modelling currently performed by outside agencies in-house by building systems and capabilities to perform this work

    Research new techniques and best practices within the industry

    Mine large datasets (in SQL / SAS) to draw patterns


  • Build marketing data science / modelling capabilities

    Work with IT on identifying the desired software & agency to introduce new modeling technologies and build this capability in-house

    Work with Corporate BI teams on enterprise data as well as the different marketing teams to build an integrated picture of the Red Bull Business to foster right decision-making

    Drive new projects with multiple stakeholders, unclear requirements and incomplete data

Your experience includes:
  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing/media mix modeling (MMM), preferably in the field of FMCG/ retail

  2. Good understanding of marketing principles, as well as shopping behavior

  3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

  4. Experience in using commercial statistical software packages, e.g. SAS, SPSS, R or Python

  5. Experience in econometric modelling (systems and analysis)

  6. Ability to draw the insights from multiple complex data sources

  7. Excellent analytical skills (regression & correlation analysis)

  8. Excellent communication and active listening skills

  9. Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
