Your contribution to our company

Position Summary: Overseeing the technical aspects of road construction and infrastructure projects. This role ensures all engineering designs, specifications, and execution plans meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting timely project delivery within budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and approve road design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Lead the development, review, and optimization of road designs (alignment, pavement, drainage, intersections)
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.
• Resolve complex technical issues during design and construction stages.
• Collaborate with project managers to align technical requirements with project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review method statements, work plans, and shop drawings.
• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures for road works (earthworks, asphalt, drainage, etc.)
• Prepare MAS and Monitor material approvals and testing processes.
• Act as a technical point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
• Support preparation of technical submissions, reports, and presentations.
• Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost, constructability, and performance.
• Prepare temporary traffic management and diversion plans during construction
