For this role we are looking for a person working on innovation projects, testing & consumer insights. You will research and develop ideas on how to address young target groups, and you will create presentations to communicate innovations in the company.
Research trends and innovations within upcoming target groups.
Participate in innovation projects and testings.
Brainstorm on innovative ideas (content, communication, gadgets...).
Develop strategies to promote innovations within the company.
Create presentations and reports to transfer knowledge into the company.
Administrate the list of current projects and our product portfolio.
Support our activities on fairs and conferences.
Experience in project management is a plus
Strong organizational talent
Reliable and self-organized way of work
Curiosity regarding strategic thinking and planning
Very good MS Office skills, especially Powerpoint
Ideally an affinity to design and marketing
Open and communicative personality
Good teamworker
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
