In order to continuously succeed with the platform, it is essential to constantly improve and optimize it, as well as quickly adapt to industry trends and media consumption patterns. We are looking for a Digital Product Manager (m/f) managing the core products of the RedBull.com platform and drive key projects in its support.
You want to go beyond the ordinary and make a difference for our RedBull.com platform? In this role, your key responsibility will be to contribute to the overall product vision and strategy and deliver on product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
You will work with business owners and key stakeholders to translate business demands into user journeys and features. Developing expertly defined requirements, identifying and managing dependencies will be part of this role as well. You will be defining success and acceptance criteria as well as quality measures and fostering a user centered mindset through analytics, user feedback, user tests, research and benchmarking.
Another exciting aspect of this position will be to drive planning toward maximizing user and business value and manage priorities and backlogs accordingly. You will transform requirements into specific epics, stories, and tasks as well as constantly groom the product backlog as the backbone of product enhancements.
Furthermore, you will leverage rapid iteration and focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP) and you will define, manage and deliver high- and mid-level product roadmaps.
Part of role will be to collaborate with and drive effectiveness of cross-functional teams in business, analytics, design, product, and engineering. You will manage and liaise with external suppliers and build a trusted network. You will deliver assignments end-to-end, on-deadline and in-line with agreed strategies and processes as well as UX, brand and legal guidelines.
If needed, you will act as product owner in agile/scrum product development or project owner in conventional product development.
Moreover, you will act as key contact and guide, advice and support users, such as countries, colleagues and external partners, in utilizing the digital products effectively. You will communicate product enhancements on a regular basis along with a solid documentation.
3+ years’ work experience in a multinational environment in the media or digital industries
Strong digital product management experience and skills
Experience in digital/media projects and products
Experience with project and product management tools as well as product development platforms
Strong awareness of modern UX design and digital product/project management methodologies
Preferable direct experience in an entrepreneurial and start-up environment
Able to work in a team and to adapt to new tools, software, technical landscapes
Ability to work and build relationships with different stakeholders
Digital development, technical and analytical skills preferred
Passion for sports, music, events as well as media, digital products and services
Creative, innovative, self-motivated, result-driven personality
