University Assistant (PhD Position)

Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Dissertation in the field of work and organisational psychology
• Independent research in the field of work and organisational psychology
• Independent teaching
• Supervision of students
• Training and further education
• Administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Above-average degree in a relevant master's, master's or diploma programme in psychology
• In-depth knowledge in the field of work and organisational psychology
• Expertise in the research area "Work and Health"
• Experience with studies in the labour force
• Experience in statistical data analysis
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Please enclose written reflections on your dissertation project with your application (max. 5 pages)
• Very good communication and cooperation skills with colleagues, company cooperation partners and students
• Strong ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to undergo further training
