Your Tasks

As part of the Digital Office department you will be responsible for closely supporting the Digital Journey of our daughter companies. You will support the organizations in defining the individual Industry 4.0/Digital Roadmaps and coordinate the initiation and implementation of Industry 4.0/Digital technologies. Furthermore you will facilitate targeted trainings that empower the organizations to drive the Digital Journey.

Your main tasks will be:

• Coordinate Digitization effort across daughter companies, with a focus on production companies
• Support companies in defining Digital Roadmap, highlighting improvement potential
• Craft global training series and deliver trainings
• Facilitate know-how exchange across companies
• Support implementation of Digital transformation governance
• Scan environment for innovations, integrate in training and distribute knowledge
• Report regularly the status of these activities to the Global Chief Digital Officer and the management board

Your Profile

• A technical university degree/university of applied sciences degree or comparable long-standing professional practical record
• At least 5 years of experience in a global leading position, preferably in the field of Digitization/Industry 4.0
• Profound knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Digital approaches and technologies
• Basic understanding of business economics is desired
• Strong moderation skills, solid delivery of trainings/workshops and dealing with ambiguity you consider as strengths
• Ideally you are well organised, analytical, a strong problem solver and you can create excitement in a team
• Fluent in German and English
• High willingness to travel (~ 60%)

What we offer

Salary Package: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 3.854,56 (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the individual qualification and experience of the candidate.
