To strengthen further our leading market position we are establishing worldwide transformation initiatives. For our Transformation and Special Projects Team we are searching for a Program Portfolio Manager (f/m).

Your Tasks

In this position you support the expansion and the continuously development of the Value Added Services area and report directly to the Head of Transformation and Special Projects. You are responsible for the Program Portfolio Management and you will be deep involved in Transformation Management, Change Management and Business Model Innovation.

• Manage, implement and monitor a global project and program portfolio
• Report the program portfolio to the steering committee
• Plan, coach and lead cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams
• Support top management und subsidiaries to plan and run projects efficiently, show opportunities and minimize risk
• Manage all communication activities around the project “Performance & Transformation” as well as the communication platform contents
• Define, prepare and monitor the communication plan for each target group
• Manage project controlling

Your Profile

• Master’s degree business/engineering
• At least 5 years industry experience within business strategy, internal consulting in high paced, technology oriented and international environment
• Strong competences in project and program management and a proven track record of success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Exposure to a complex and multi-disciplinary organization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information at all levels
• Ability to influence, negotiate and challenge teams to achieve productive solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize workload autonomously
• Excitement for new initiatives and experience in change management complements your profile
• Excellent English and German language skills
• High international mobility

Salary package:  The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 3.577,38 (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
