Your tasks:

• Administrative support in the coordination, maintenance and monitoring of university partnerships
• Event organisation and public relations work

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the supervision and administration of international cooperation in the tertiary education sector
• Excellent written and spoken German (C2) and very good written and spoken English (at least C1)
• Very good IT skills (MS Office and in particular collaboration tools such as Sharepoint or similar platforms)
• Desirable: Knowledge of university structures and processes
• Desirable: Experience in the supervision of mobility agendas
• Independent and structured way of working
• Able to multitask
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Service and customer orientation
• Strong intercultural sensitivity in dealing with international target groups

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.380 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
