Your experience includes: (proven performance in)

  1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field

  2. 1-2 years’ experience in leading projects

  3. Proven track record of wide areas of tools (e.g. project planning, process mapping / modelling, enterprise solutions, etc.)

  4. End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems at hand

  5. Solid presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  6. Able to manage a portfolio of tasks independently and handle upward communication proactively

  7. Change management skills of influencing network of stakeholders

  8. Highly self-motivated

  9. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail

  10. Ability to adapt to changing environment
