• Support of the institute management and the professors
• Budget management
• Teaching organisation
• Organisation of the department
• Resource management

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Very good written and spoken German and English, as the language of the institute is English
• IT skills, especially Excel, Word
• Problem-solving skills, negotiation skills
• High level of communication and co-operation skills
• Independence, personal responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.380 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
