Your tasks:

• Supporting the head of the institute in teaching coordination
• Coordination and organisation of teaching activities, support for student representatives and the teaching coordinator
• Resource management
• Efficient external and internal communication

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• IT skills (MS Office, internal university programmes after training)
• Very good knowledge of English
• Relevant work experience
• Knowledge of the institute's study and further education programmes is an advantage
• Knowledge of university structures and administrative processes is an advantage
• Organisational talent
• High problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• ability to work under pressure
• Sense of responsibility
• Commitment and willingness to undergo further training
