What sets the Events Team apart?

We are a team with many internal awards, but it’s the positive customer feedback on our events that drives us to excel. The vibrancy that fills our hotel is fascinating, and we are responsible for it, which makes us proud. Our goal is to see happy faces from the initial contact and tour of the hotel all the way through to billing. We have fun, support each other, and are always in communication.

What will you do?

• Independent management of clients and event projects.
• Sales and presentation of our event services.
• Preparation and negotiation of offers and contracts.
• Individual client consultation and development of creative event solutions.
• Maintenance of client relationships and strong attention to detail to delight guests.

What makes you stand out?

You remain calm and maintain an overview even during busy peak times, acting responsibly and with confidence. Your strong attention to detail and high quality standards, combined with a natural warmth and friendliness when dealing with guests and clients, set you apart. Ideally, you already have relevant experience in the event- or hotelindustry and are fluent in both German and English.
