What sets the F&B Team apart?

We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests with our culinary creations at the Legendary Brunch, Candlelight Dinner, or large-scale catering events for various Viennese events. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.

What will you do?

• Independent supervision and operation of the show kitchen
• Preparation of fresh egg dishes (omelettes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs etc.) according to guest preferences
• Direct guest interaction and active communication during preparation
• Preparation (mise en place) for the breakfast buffet
• Proper storage of food items
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)

You enjoy getting up early and being the first one in the kitchen. Even during busy peak times, you remain calm and keep a clear overview at your station. You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and relevant experience, which enables you to handle ingredients with both quality and cost awareness.
