What will you do?

• Handling and processing room reservations via phone and email
• Advising guests on room categories, rates, and offers
• Active sales of rooms and upselling of additional services
• Maintaining and managing reservations in the hotel reservation system
• Handling changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Close collaboration with the different departments

What makes you stand out?

You impress with a confident manner and the ability to set priorities. Multitasking comes naturally to you: coordinating parallel tasks, collaborating across departments, and managing a high level of information exchange are things you handle with ease. You are also fluent in German and English. If you additionally bring an open, positive personality and a passion for hospitality, you will fit perfectly with our team.
