The team of The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

As a Reservation Agent, you and our motivated team ensure the best possible service for our international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• correct acceptance of reservations
• Enthusiasm for dealing with guests and customers on the phone
• Entry of reservations into the reservation system MARSHA
• detailed work according to standard specifications
• safe handling of the common MS Office programs

Your Qualifications:

• Professional experience at the reception and/or reservation of the upscale hotel industry
• resilience, well organized and structured
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language
• Good knowledge of the software OPERA and MS Office
• MARSHA Knowledge of advantage
• Friendliness, teamwork and flexibility
• professional behavior even in stressful situations

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
