H&M Austria is looking for JUNIOR AREA MANAGER f/m                                  Here’s your chance for a career out of the ordinary!
As an Area Manager at H&M you are running a region in fast paced fashion retail, you are responsible to set a strategy in line with country goals to maximise selling and profitability for an area.
You secure that the stores of your area inspire customers to explore their personal style.
Together with the Area team, you lead and support up to 20 store teams to create the best shopping experiences in fashion retail.
 
As an Junior Area Manager you will have an Introduction Training in the Store and Area Team. Depending on your experience and progress this Program may take up to one year.
 
You’re Responsibilities:
  • Selling
    • Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase the shopping experience in the stores of the area
    • Secure that sales targets and company goals area reached
    • Ensure and followup direct and indirect customerservice and stocklevel in all stores
  • Team
    • Manage and execute recruitment, training, development and succession planningfor store and area team
    • Support, lead and manage Area -  and Store Teams to increase the overall result
    • Ensure safety, security and administrative routines
  • Profit
    • Maximize profitability through a commercial focus in cooperation with store management and together with the area team.
    • Supervise, plan, budget and cost follow-up
    • Analyze and follow-up key KPI’s of the area and initiate actions to increase profit
 
You’re Competences:
  • A strong motivation to constantly improve and achieve targets
  • Experience of workingas a Store Manager and/or a similar positonlike Area/Region Manager
  • Experience in leading a Team of min. 20 colleagues
  • Great Organizingskills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to travel
  • Open to work in different regions of Austria
