First professional experience in the area of Human Resources/ Communications with a focus on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Training (for example through internships)
Ability to coach, advise and influence indirect reports in a highly diverse environment in terms of culture, experience, seniority
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, prioritization and project management skills
A strong aesthetic savvy and keen eye for design
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
An understanding and working knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on employer branding and learning/ development initiatives
A strong focus on execution and results as well as an autonomous, self-motivated and self-starting working style
Already worked with applicant tracking systems; working with Taleo is considered an advantage
Experience in recruitment process, platforms and strategies preferred
Experience in the application and usage of candidate assessments preferred
