What are you going to do:
The right candidate should be extremely detail oriented and strive to constantly find new ways to optimize our efforts and dramatically grow our social impact. Being agile, quick to learn and keep up in a fast paced environment are essential qualities.
Your job:
- Management of all social channels for the company
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers
- Assist with creation/design and curation of published content (images, video and written)
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Primed" way while cultivating new users and building our community
- Help coordinate ambassador/influencer outreach efforts
- Analyze and prepare reports on key metrics, and augment strategy as needed
- If possible manage paid marketing programs through social ad campaigns

What we ask:
- a BA degree
- 1-3 years experience in social media marketing
- Attending the last part of your Master's Degree in communications, marketing or similar
- A proven track record of increasing engagement on social media accounts
- Experience running accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Strong project management and organization skills
- A passion for creativity as well as analytics
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- First experience with social paid campaigns is a benefit
- Graphic design/video and photography skills are a huge plus
