Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in office organisation and administration
• Knowledge of university structures, internal university processes and IT programmes (VIS:online) desirable
• Knowledge of study law (UG 2002) and statutes of the University of Innsbruck desirable
• Very good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office programmes
• Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1) and very good knowledge of English required
