Your tasks:

• Event management - Independent planning and organisation of events
• Personnel planning
• Operational event support
• General event service

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in event / event management or training as an event technician or similarly orientated training or professional experience is an advantage
• Organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of common IT programmes (Word, Excel,...)
• Relevant, event-specific IT skills are an advantage
• Technical know-how in the A/V area
• Driving licence B an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Physical fitness
• Ability to work autonomously / independently
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Service and problem-solving orientation

• Ability to work under pressure
