Your tasks:

• Work preparation and collaboration in software development
• Helpdesk support
• General administration

Your profile:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. Specialised A-Level-Diploma with specialist knowledge or A-Level-Diploma plus relevant professional experience)
• Due to the complexity of the application systems and their technical background, the job holder must have a high level of expertise.
• The job holder will work in a team with flat hierarchies. They will be in constant contact with students, lecturers and administrative staff. A high level of social and communication skills is required
