Your tasks:

• Joint teaching development
• Implementation of the Fellow Programme
• Support for courses
• Organisation of lectures and events
• Coordination of the PhD programme

Your profile:

• Completed diploma or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge and experience in programme coordination
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Ability to liaise with teaching staff, administrative staff and external partners
• Familiarity with current trends in higher education and research
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conflict management
• Sensitivity to the implementation of a diversity strategy
