• Research in the field of catechetics/religious education and religious didactics
• Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations
• Supervision of students incl. Supervision of bachelor theses
• Collaboration in organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
• Continuing education

• Completion of a relevant doctorate or PhD programme
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Organisational talent
