Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Management and responsible organisation of the flexible childcare "SpielRäume" and the holiday childcare programmes (recruiting and training of childcare staff, staff deployment planning, team coordination and development)
• Contact point for parents and university bodies in matters relating to childcare at the university
• Participation in strategic development planning and the implementation of projects for the expansion of university childcare or projects that affect it
• Public relations 

Your profile:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Completed relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally training as a pedagogical specialist (e.g. Diploma examination for elementary education, diploma examination for kindergartens)
• Organisational talent, ability to set up, coordinate and lead professional childcare teams
• Relevant expertise in childcare issues
• Ability to work independently in a goal- and result-orientated manner
• Good IT skills (word processing, databases, internet)
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Ideally relevant previous professional experience
• Communication and counselling skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team
