Your tasks:

• Supporting the Dean in strategic planning
• Participation in resource management and controlling
• Supervision of faculty committees and procedures
• Press and public relations work as well as internal and external communication
• Project management, information management and office organisation

Your profile:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Very good knowledge of administrative processes
• Knowledge of university structures and processes desirable
• Experience in public relations and event organisation
• Very good IT knowledge of all common Office programmes, internal programmes (UniCMS, etc.), SAP knowledge an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, very good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness for further education and training
• fundamental interest in the natural sciences
• Structured, analytical and independent working style
• Logical thinking and ability to think abstractly
• Organisational and communication skills; proactive approach
• Problem-solving skills; conflict resolution skills
