Your tasks:

• You will support our team with organisational and administrative tasks and receive a varied, high-quality education.
• You will help out in our institute library and be there for students when they need help finding books.
• You will bring a breath of fresh air to our website and new ideas for social media, update our homepage and learn how to present information in an appealing and target group-orientated way.
• You will be involved in budget management and learn how to handle figures with confidence

Your profile:

• We welcome school leavers, compulsory school leavers and high school graduates!
• Your written and spoken German is good.
• Knowledge of English is a bonus nice to have!
• You can already work with programmes such as Word and Excel.
• You like to work accurately and are reliable, even when things get stressful.
• You are open, friendly and enjoy approaching other people.
• You enjoy trying out new things and taking on responsibility
