Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Planning and controlling of university-wide teaching resources (internal and external teaching)
• Carrying out demand calculations for studies/curricula
• Preparation of reports and customer support

Your profile:

• Completed relevant diploma or master's degree programme or additional commercial training above Matura level or equivalent qualification
• Commercial training, ideally with a focus on business administration
• Sound knowledge of SAP (especially in the CO/PS module) and very good knowledge of IT (especially EXCEL)
• Very good knowledge of university structures is an advantage
• High degree of personal responsibility, independence and solution-orientation
• Strong communication, teamwork and co-operation skills as well as stress resistance
• Good knowledge of German (B2)
