Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Independent research in the fields of sport and/or health psychology and/or sport pedagogy and/or neuroscience
• Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations, research-led teaching in the Department of Sport Science including preparation and follow-up work as well as examination activities
• Supervision of students incl. Supervision of Bachelor's theses, assistance in the supervision of Diploma and Master's students
• Collaboration in organisational and administrative tasks
• Further training, participation in conferences and congresses, advanced training courses

Your profile:

• Completed doctoral or PhD studies in a relevant discipline
• Essential prerequisite for this position is research experience in the fields of sport and/or health psychology and/or sport pedagogy and/or neuroscience, ideally with thematic relevance to the existing research focus of the working group
• Publication experience in the field of sport and/or health psychology and/or sport pedagogy and/or neuroscience, ideally with thematic reference to the existing research focus of the working group
• Ability to plan, apply for, realise and publish own research projects
• Excellent knowledge of statistics
• Ability to teach courses in the Institute's sports science degree programmes
• Very good command of English
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Good didactic ability

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for this position amounts to € 4.933 per month (14 times)^*.
