  • 40 hours per week

Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • Teaching courses (in German and English) and supervising students
  • Participation in organisational and administrative tasks
  • Research in the field of accounting

Your profile:

  • Completed doctorate/PhD studies in the field of social and economic sciences
  • Relevant research experience in the following areas: Financial Accounting, Sustainability Reporting, Auditing
  • Number of high-quality publications commensurate with academic age
  • Additional normative research experience in the area of national accounting is an advantage
  • Excellent expertise in the following areas: Financial accounting, sustainability reporting, auditing
  • Methodological expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative methods
  • Experience with the use of AI in research;High-quality teaching experience in the areas of financial accounting and sustainability reporting and/or auditing
  • Ability to teach in German and English
  • International networking and academic mobility experience
  • Experience in working with third-party funding
  • A research concept must be submitted with the application
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • openness
