Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Operation of large equipment: CNC production of precision mechanical components; care and maintenance of large equipment
- Conventional production of precision mechanical components
- Training and counselling, training of apprentices
- Organisation of the workshop
Your profile:
- Completed diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. HTL A-Level-Diploma and several years of relevant professional experience)
- Specialisation in mechanical engineering/toolmaking or training and experience as a precision mechanic
- Specialised knowledge in CNC programming and CNC manufacturing
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Communication skills when working with the institute's scientists and external companies
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate several simultaneous orders
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to undergo further training

.For this position in job group IIIb, a minimum gross salary of € 3.071 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
