Your tasks:

• Place of work in 6850 Dornbirn
• Administration and assistance to the head of institute
• Budget management, project management, ordering and accounting
• Administration of courses and examinations
• Organisation of events, PR activities, internal communications

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience is an advantage; sound knowledge and experience in administration; very good written and spoken German and English; very good IT skills, especially MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous; knowledge of project management is advantageous; careful and precise work; organisational talent.
• Reliable, integrative and communicative personality, enjoy working with people, willingness to undergo further professional training; friendly and well-groomed demeanour; a high degree of independence, persuasiveness; ability to work in a team, flexibility

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 1.350 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
