Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in recruiting, and/or previous experience in an international, high volume recruitment environment
Experience with online sourcing techniques and usage of state-of-the-art sourcing tools
Market knowledge and business understanding in a defined market (media/digital/communications)
Excellent understanding and passion of/for the Red Bull brand and its products
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and stakeholders at various levels within the company
Highly efficient and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Networker who is innovative and self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude while focused on delivering results
