Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Collaboration on the strategic development and conceptualisation of our support group
- Supporting the implementation of ongoing measures and monitoring
- Research and initial contact with potential sponsors and donors
- Support with the coordination, preparation and follow-up of appointments
- Participation in internal and external communication
- Participation in the strategic and operational work of the foundation
- Support with legal, fiscal and accounting tasks
- Handling and supporting matching fund initiatives
- Cross-divisional tasks within the organisation
Your profile:
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Business management knowledge desirable
- Marketing and media expertise
- Very good IT application skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of English required, knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Knowledge of the university structure is an advantage
- Contact and communication skills
- Commitment and ability to work under pressure

. For this position in job group IIIb, a minimum gross salary of € 3.071 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
