Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Supporting the professors in the organisation and administration of research, teaching and travel activities
- Taking care of correspondence in English and German
- Assistance with the organisation of conferences, congresses, events and support for visiting academics
- Independent and autonomous management of all resources of the working group
- IT activities
Your profile:
- A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Very good IT skills in the usual Office programs; very good research and organisational skills; experience with SAP is an advantage; administrative experience desirable;
- very good language skills (written and spoken German and English, Italian or Spanish an advantage); confidence in appropriate communication
- Proactive approach; confident demeanour; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team
- Flexibility; problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and to work in a structured and analytical manner.
- with the possibility of a permanent contract after one year of employment

.For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.024 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
