Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Supporting the professors in the organisation and administration of research, teaching and travel activities
• Taking care of correspondence in English and German
• Assistance with the organisation of conferences, congresses, events and support for visiting academics
• Independent and autonomous management of all resources of the working group
• IT activities

Your profile:

• A-Level-Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Very good IT skills in the usual Office programs; very good research and organisational skills; experience with SAP is an advantage; administrative experience desirable;
• very good language skills (written and spoken German and English, Italian or Spanish an advantage); confidence in appropriate communication
• Proactive approach; confident demeanour; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team
• Flexibility; problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and to work in a structured and analytical manner.
• with the possibility of a permanent contract after one year of employment

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.024 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
