Job Description:

Your tasks:

• Coordination of the assigned employees including service and technical supervision
• Independent and autonomous reminder and supervision of external companies and employees for the maintenance of electrical systems (high and low voltage systems)
• Keeping records and continuously updating the building documentation for construction, HVAC and electrical systems, continuous review of the DOKU in the course of maintenance
• Maintenance programme
• Support in the entire technical field of activity of the buildings and infrastructure

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering, technical college degree or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Good IT skills
• B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Flexibility and commitment
• Team and communication skills
• Friendly and competent demeanour

For this position in job group IIb, a minimum gross salary of € 2.560 per month (14 times)^* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
