Your tasks:

• Independent research in the field of applied psychology
• Independent teaching in the field of applied psychology
• Administrative tasks
• Continuing education

Your profile:

• Completed relevant doctoral or PhD programme in psychology
• Expertise in the research area "Work and Health"
• Teaching experience in work and organisational psychology
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative studies in the labour force
• Publications in international journals
• Willingness/experience for research-related acquisition of third-party funding
• Willingness to undertake further training
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Independence and personal responsibility
• Ability to work in a team with students and colleagues
